That passion led me to psychology, where I now help athletes and individuals unlock their best, both in sport, business and in life.
I’m a HCPC-registered, BPS-chartered, and fully insured sport & performance psychologist, with a background that blends coaching, education, and applied psychology. I’ve worked pitch-side in professional football, managed teams of therapists in the third sector, and consulted for national governing bodies.
